Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee the shared services function, including accounts payable, receivable, and related financial operations, while identifying and implementing process improvements. This leadership role will empower you to optimize team performance, partner with internal stakeholders, and streamline operations to deliver high-quality outcomes for the organization.
- Lead and inspire a team of 7 finance operations professionals.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable across multiple business entities.
- Resolve queries efficiently, including those from external clients.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide operational support and ensure alignment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects to support business growth and innovation.
- Proven experience leading shared services or transactional accounting teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and leading by example.
- Exceptional communication, business partnering, and analytical abilities.
- Adept at prioritizing deliverables in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- High level of accountability and a results-driven mindset.
