If you are someone with experience of managing strategic and tactical change within a modern large scale SSC it would be great to speak. Hybrid working with 3 days per week in Nottinghamshire.
- This is a role within a newly established SSC – as part of the SLT team your focus will be Record To Report, establishing and optimising the managing the RTR function (circa 25 headcount).
- You’ll be someone who loves managing and delivering positive change – this is a 12 month project – embed and ensure excellence, ensure bullet proof systems and processes, work with internal and external stakeholders / consultants, ensure everything is world class – and then knowledge transfer the BAU and hand it all over in lovely shape!
- It will be a rewarding and challenging project for someone who enjoys the cut and thrust of a modern SSC environment.
- You’ll be ensuring that efforts and activities are pointed in the right direction and that the metrics set (and monitoring) are evidence of excellence.
- You’ll be a natural coach – someone who enjoys building high performance teams and bringing out the very best in the people around you. You’ll be a natural team player able to work closely with the Head of SSC and the functional leads across O2C / P2P etc.
- This is a highly visible and key role within the project.
- Naturally proactive problem solver with extensive experience of delivering change within a financial shared service centre.
- Experience of building teams and enhancing performance.
- Highly professional and hands on approach to mentoring and coaching others.
- Ability to demonstrate modern understanding and awareness of excellence within RTR.
- Ability to manage your own time, deadlines and workstreams efficiently and autonomously.
- Ability to manage expectations and collaborate with stakeholders across the group.
