The Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Joint Ventures Lead will lead the routine operations of the designated end to end financial transition activities within the assigned regions as part of a cultural shift in the company’s organizational, operational and stakeholder model in the shared services space. In this role, you will build and handle robust business relationships with key partners such as corporate development, technical accounting, finance operations, treasury, tax and customs, insurance and legal teams with a focus on MADJV activities.

  • Ensure the company’s due diligence and integration playbooks for relevant merger, acquisition, divestiture and joint venture projects and identify potential process risks, establishing mitigation and control plans to monitor the impact.
  • Monitor operations performance on established service level agreements and key metrics, advising on appropriate action plans where needed.
  • Develop and handle robust business relationships with key partners with a focus on process maturity collaborating with accounting and finance organization to drive the process strategy and coordinate setup of any corporate and local financial organization hierarchies.
  • Monitor and communicate MADJV results in a timely and effective manner and clearly communicate business value.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by driving the defined process initiatives for the designated area, including execution of the financial due diligence and integration playbooks, third parties management and progress updates on realization of synergies.
  • Focus on driving MADJV quality with a view towards robust performance management, stakeholder feedback and active metrics management, including reporting, purchase price accounting and sales balance sheet model by driving towards the agreed efficiency targets through defined processes.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience in MADJV
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in corporate finance acquisitions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three years of supervisory experience
