This role supports Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC) beverage manufacturing and distribution operating unit in the United States. This position is a part North America Beverage organization (PBNA) within GBS Control and will be based out of Winston Salem,

• Lead the finance team who is responsible for pricing input, deduction management and exception analysis
• Guide and provide oversight to team/leaders in handling a wide array of management functions across the multiple works stream that integrate with pricing
• Responsible for relationship management with existing strategic business partners; work across all aspects of the business spectrum from strategic planning, project management and operations
• Communicate across all levels of PepsiCo and partner organizations to sell-in and deliver new business and system processes
• Lead team to drive continuous improvement with multiple functions through identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing root cause problem identification, high quality data analysis directly related to achievement of company goals and financial objectives
• Support BPO and spearhead remediation efforts to resolve factors contributing to degradation in contract and service level performance
• Ensure teams maintain a high pass rate for all SOX and operational controls

Minimum Requirements:

• 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience in Pricing
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office with an extremely high level of proficiency
• 3+ years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• 3+ years of proven strong financial capabilities
• 3+ years of leading strong teams with proven leadership capabilities to execute against goals
• Strong aptitude towards process improvement including identifying non-value-added work and process automation
• Outstanding communication skills with proven ability to influence multiple levels of leadership
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to service level agreements (SLAs) and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in GBS (Global Business Solutions) Shared Services with specific knowledge of Pricing processes
