Associate in this position will be an individual contributor reporting directly to MEA Shared Service Director. Role will require a strict cooperation with the Finance Operations managers and individual teams SSC as well as with the Business Units representatives (mainly at the level of CFO/LT/Financial Controller/) and regional Transformation Director. The main focus of Continues Improvement and Transition Manager will be monitoring service performance of SSC against committed SLAs, preparing regular metrics/dashboards and reviewing them with the key stakeholders as well against benchmarks (both internal and external). In addition to that this function will required driving continuous improvement and process standardization within the Center in cooperation with the impacted MARS Business Units. Demonstrated ability to influence the directions and attainment of objectives without having direct control over resources. Project management skills and solid experience in leading projects as a project manager.

- B.A. /B.S. with Accounting or similar concentration
- 8 to 11 years of experience with the below:
- Experience in driving LEAN and KAIZEN initiatives
- SIX SIGMA certification (preferred)
- Project Management
