As the Head of Finance Services, you will be the single point of service and process owner for the management of transactional finance services to the enterprise.  As a shared service function your role will focus on driving operational excellence, deploying continuous improvement tools, and ensuring the accuracy of our collections, cash applications, accounts payable, and accounting operations teams.  By optimizing cash collections and maintaining strong financial controls, you will contribute to improved margins, working capital, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and overall assurance.

  • Design and implement specific cost-effective and scalable finance solutions.
  • Enhance the function and enterprises end-to-end finance processes, enabling faster and more effective decision making to business stakeholders using critical business data and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with TGE businesses, INTEGRATED Business Services functional streams, and other stakeholders to optimise processes and outcomes.
  • Lead and own the design, delivery and improvement of transactional finance services, driving change across the organisation.
  • Lead a talented team, providing them with clarity of purpose and role, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness of controls, manage operational risks and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Contribute and support forecasting and budgeting efforts.
  • Strong leadership experience in a large, diverse and/or global organisation.
  • Shared Services leadership experience in a high volume, fast paced service environment
  • Deep knowledge of finance and accounting, including budgeting, cost management, financial accounting, treasury and risk management.
  • Change management skills and the ability to adapt approaches to dynamic stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities, with a focus on training and development.
  • Skilled in building productive relationships, fostering collaboration and influencing decision making.
  • Experience in implementing best practices and strategies to optimise service delivery in finance.
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management and business continuity planning.
