Opportunity to join a global leader specializing in innovative and high tech engineering and capital equipment as the Finance Shared Service Manager for APAC.

• Reporting to the APAC Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing the migration of transactional accounting functions such as AP, AR and GL to the internal shared services team based in India.
• As the main project lead, you will oversee the end-to-end transition of AP, AR and GL processes and collaborate closely with the Big 4 consulting firms, leveraging on their expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
• You will develop a comprehensive project plan, engaging with stakeholders at both the shared services team and country-level finance teams, and establish robust processes and procedures.
• You will ensure seamless communication and coordination between all parties, minimizing any potential risk and downtime, and drive performance monitoring to meet project goals and timelines.

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience within a shared services environment with solid accounting knowledge
• Proven exposure in managing the migration of transactional accounting functions to an inhouse or outsourced shared services team
• Experience working with shared services based in India and/or Philippines
• Exposure within an SAP environment
