We have partnered with a leading global consulting firm to source a strong Senior Manager/Associate Director for their fast growing Finance Transformation practice in Dublin, Ireland.

• Lead and oversee client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Manage key client relationships and associated sales targets
• Help develop in an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
• Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery.
• Recruit and develop team members
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities.
• Contribute to overall practice development

Applicants should have consulting experience in finance transformation, FP&A or relevant industry experience within large projects, ideally with either SAP, Oracle or large ERP experience.
