Our Molex team is seeking a Financial Controller to join our finance team in Eindhoven! In this role you will be the key partner to the business in our Molex team and will be the link to our internal finance shared service center teams, to ensure true and timely financial reporting.

- Connect finance execution centers to the business (Koch Finance Solutions and Leverage capabilities) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, taking full responsibility for the results.
- Regularly check the Balance Sheet and P&L for accuracy, ensuring a true and fair view of the business with minimal risk of errors.
- Participate in more complex projects to optimize and integrate finance-related processes.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and business partners.
- Promote operational excellence in execution centers by providing advice and coaching on process execution.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in collaboration with business partners.
- Accountable for accurate periodic corporate reporting.
- Implement initiatives to improve processes, internal controls, and taxes.
- Manage operational tax and regulatory queries from government and regulatory agencies.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Degree or equivalent in Controlling, Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in Financial Controlling or Accounting
- Strong system knowledge, preferably in SAP
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in working within a Shared Service Centers would be beneficial
- Understanding of US GAAP would be beneficial
