At Salling Group, we are looking for a passionate Financial Controller for our team, Financial Controlling, who is part of a dedicated finance team with professional and skilled colleagues in Group Accounting. In Group Accounting, our main task is to ensure correct financial reporting, while at the same time supporting and acting as sparring partners for the rest of the business. In Group Accounting, we have a continuous goal of improving ourselves, optimizing processes and delivering financial reporting of the highest quality. As Financial Controller in the Salling Group, the tasks will be versatile, so we are looking for a broad finance profile with personal drive and the desire to work with financial controlling, reporting and process optimisations.

In the position of Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to touch many different areas of accounting and utilize your broad knowledge within accounting and the financial area. In addition, in collaboration with the colleagues in the department, you will contribute to the further development of well-functioning controlling.

• Controlling and optimizing the property administration setup in close collaboration with a skilled colleague
• Review of balance reconciliations, including ongoing optimization of setup and implementation of new reconciliations
• Controlling Treasury in a back office function
• Support and training of colleagues in our Shared Service Center (SSC)
• Optimization of processes and internal controls across the group in close collaboration with colleagues in Denmark, Germany and Poland
• Various ad hoc tasks
