I am currently partnering with a listed SaaS company looking for a Financial Controller to come and join their team. My client is looking to triple in revenue by 2023 and for this there will be massive growth across the UK & EMEA.

For this role you will be working closely with different teams across the company and playing a key role in the strategic decision of the company moving forward from a accounting point of view. You will partner with the Director of CAO and drive the internal processes and procedures.

• Partner across CAO to further develop and build a world-class shared services function
• Experience in developing a shared service for the wider business.
• Drive completeness of documented controls, processes, and desktop procedures across all areas of International CAO Finance
• Implement and improve the required process and internal control environment, and perform control procedures to ensure subsidiaries are complying with Company policy
• Provide strategic direction to the development and deployment of financial and reporting processes that ensure compliance with relevant International accounting standards and international rules and regulations for statutory reporting.
• Serve as a key leader in International M&A due diligence and integrations by understanding and communicating the accounting and tax compliance implications of proposed transactions.
• Partner cross-functionally to provide accounting & tax guidance on new product launches and international expansion plans

For this role you will need to be ACA/CA or equivalent from a practice background. You will need to have 10 years of experience of international accounting experience. You will need excellent written and verbal communication, excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence people.
