A well-known international outsourcing and business services company is recruiting a Financial Controller role for a key division (t/o £500m). The role can be based from home or Central London (you may be required to go into the office from time to time). This is a high-profile role reporting to the Divisional FD and working closely with the division’s senior leadership team and Group CFO.

You will own and improve month end, financial control, and FP&A for the division; review ongoing contracts; provide technical accounting expertise; and leading a small team. You will act as a key point of contact for operational colleagues in the division, Shared Services, Commercial Finance, Group, and the External Auditors.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with ability to operate in a business services environment and a strong understanding of technical accounting and IFRS. You will have FP&A experience and the ability to deliver budgets and forecasts in a blue-chip environment. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all level across finance and non finance. You will enjoy owning and improving processes around reporting and FP&A.
