From the Finance division of Robert Walters we are looking for a Financial Controller for an important legal services company located in Madrid.

• Consolidation of financial statements.
• Ensure that financial reporting reflects the economic/financial information required for decision making.
• Prepare consolidated financial and management reports, dashboards, KPIs and their presentation to the General Management.
• Analyze and control deviations between budget vs. actual and search for corrective measures.
• Control budgets by country and departments and analyze deviations with Corporate directors.
• Maintain the constant search for improvements in processes, procedures and different information systems (ERP, Reporting, Power BI).
• Support the internal auditor in the entire internal and external audit process of the group.
• Prepare and consolidate the group’s global budget, as well as the Forecast and its presentation to management.
• Maintain the constant search for financial, fiscal and operational strategies to optimize the group’s results.
• Lead the Shared Services Center that manages the operation of 13 countries.
• Support to the Corporate CFO in Ad-hoc projects and reports

• Between 10-15 years of experience in similar functions.
• Legal services sector or service sector.
• Experience with Latin American subsidiaries.
• High English.
