Our client, a highly regarded professional service sector organisation, are looking for a Director of Finance to lead their EMEA finance function. You’d play a key role in the organisations strategy creation and have direct hand in their growth trajectory over the next few years.

The company are due to enter a period of hyper growth, with revenue growth of 5X forecasted over the next 3 years through both organic and inorganic means. This will afford you an unparalleled opportunity for amazing internal progression.

• Help prepare the organisation for the rapid growth they’re due to experience through implementing scaleable processes.
• Possess full responsibility for the consolidated accounts of all entities within the EMEA region.
• Work in tandem with the CFO and other senior leaders within the finance division to help cultivate a strategy enabling their continued organic growth.
• Play a key role in future pipelined M&A activity, both in the pre-acquisition due diligence process and the post-acquisition integration.
• Have a strong commercial presence internally, creating financial models to identify areas for internal efficiency improvement as well as potential new revenue streams.
• Lead a diverse team of 10+ across multiple sites within the UK and the company’s international shared service centres.

• Have experience working within the recruitment sector.
• Be a fully qualified accountant.
• Prior exposure to working for an internationally operating organisation and the issues caused by multi-currency income.
• Have a strong history of management, leading teams of 5+ in the past.
• Be detail orientated, with a desire to continuously increase efficiency through process improvement.
