• Manage the organization’s financial information through financial reports, both internal and those established by legal regulations.
• Guarantee information for audits, taxes and other fiscal matters of the organization. . Develop and implement accounting policies and financial processes that optimize company management.
• Supervise the preparation of budgets and forecasts by the different departments of the company, as well as their control throughout the fiscal period.
• Supervise and control the company’s payroll.
• Evaluate, minimize and manage financial risk in the operations carried out by the company.
• Guarantee billing to clients, validating costs and managing the portfolio.

• Professional in Accounting, English B2
• Experience between 5 – 7 years in financial management, leading teams.
• Proficiency in the use of accounting software (dinamics), ERP and tools such as Excel.
• High level of knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and principles.
• Experience in strategic financial processes of Shared Services Centers/GBS.
