• Monthly management package reporting (singular and consolidated reports) including financial and statistical main KPIs metrics management
• Provide financial transparency & variance analysis highlighting KPIs trends and insights of what is inside trends
• Financial data handling: our data is across different ERPs standardized via a Corporate Performance Management Tool (CCH Tagetik)
• Daily connection with Regional/Local controllers’ teams
• Support COOs and Plant General Managers in the preparation of the detailed annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Convert business assumptions into financial figures, identifying financial risks and opportunities
• Build and Improve related detail templates
• Overview of workflows and users management maintenance
• Search for continuous process improvements of reporting tools
• Link with CPM IT consultants for technical / improvement processes
• Various CAPEX and ad-hoc projects financial analysis.

• Qualified Accountant / Master in Management / Economics
• Excel advanced user
• English Native or Proficient
• Minimum FP&A Experience
• “Techy” Profile / New technology tools easy learner
• Soft Skills addictive (specially easy relationship and low profile attitude)
• CPM/FP&A tools experience will be a plus
• SAP or Microsoft Navision experience will be a plus
• Some Plant Controlling Experience within industrial activities will also be a plus.
