• Sales acceleration – using a combination of the organization’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network to generate revenue, primarily for Financial Services industry and broadly for Hong Kong and Singapore
• Engaging with clients – build strong, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels. As well as pro-actively open new connections and bring the team with you to maximize impact on client
• Project delivery – Lead the delivery of large and complex end-to-end projects with impacts spanning from business to technology working collaboratively with team members and clients to rapidly understand and define business challenges and potential solutions
• Balance optimally sales and delivery – be hands-on as needed in support of the teams
• Practice development – Help to hire, integrate, coach, support and grow new team members. Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching for the team. Build and manage a strong community.

• Excellent academic background: MS or MBA with top international university / business school or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in consulting with specialization in Business Advisory, technology transformation and/or in-house transformation roles in the Financial Services Industry
• Good knowledge / appetite for some of the following themes:
• Business strategy & organization: Transformation Program and Change Management, Operating Model improvement, Post Merger Integration / Sourcing, Shared Service Center and Cost Reduction Programs
• Tech & Digital Transformation: develop Digital strategies and implement identified Digital initiatives, expand automation & GenAI capabilities, execute a portfolio of transformative technology initiatives enabling sustainable business impacts and better ways of working
• Up to date knowledge of market and industry trends within Asia
• Demonstrated success in winning and driving large and matrixed projects
• Pleasure in combining technological Know-How with strategic analysis and realization
• Sophisticated presentation and moderation skills
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Considerable reliability, team spirit and fit for a worldwide leading Consultancy
