As the FP&A Shared Services Manager, you will report to LS & Co.’s Controller, Americas. You will lead a team of Financial Analysts and Sr. Financial Analysts who are responsible for accurate delivery of budgets and forecasts of varying cadences (monthly, quarterly, annually) and accounting tasks, including the delivery/posting of accurate journal entries and other monthly closing duties following US GAAP. This position is based in Eugene, Oregon and requires you to be in office at least 3 days a week.

Partner and influence all levels of the organization, including VP and Sr. Director levels in all functional departments to help the shared service FP&A team develop compelling annual, quarterly, and monthly financial plans.

Provide finance support to US and global organizations including the selling organization, global supply chain, commercial merchandising planning, A&P, the HR organization, finance, Dockers, and cash forecasting.

Identify and facilitate business process and systems improvements to enhance reporting. Partner with teammates to implement identified improvements.

Champion organizational efficiencies through process automation, streamlining, centralization, and standardization.

Work with leadership of the FP&A and controllership organizations to lead completion of projects coming from those organizations.

Oversee the preparation and review of all important controls that are operated within the group, including monthly account reconciliations, completion of quarterly commentary for the trial balance and management discussion and analysis.

Review unique and non-recurring transactions for proper accounting and forecasting treatment.

Promote positive organizational and functional change, supporting new initiatives or updates in identified areas, such as cash forecasting.

Present financial results and issues to senior management and non-financial audiences in both in-person and virtual settings.

Anticipate and resolve complex revenue accounting or process-related issues.

Lead monthly close process.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MAcc, or CPA preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience.

At least 4 years of experience managing direct reports.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP.

Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures and GAAP requirements.

Experience with accounting and control policies, and standard operating procedure process documentation.

Experience working with outsourced financial service model.
