In a region rich in opportunities, we are looking for an experienced Manager to further strengthen the importance of Lely in the France Iberia region (France, Spain, Portugal). Lely is part of a matrix organization, which means we have a unique organizational structure designed to improve efficiency and collaboration between resources and BUs. As Director France-Iberia, you will play a central role within this matrix structure, supervising an organization of around 40 employees based in Bain-de-Bretagne. Your leadership responsibilities will include managing multidisciplinary teams, including functional P&L managers (Proposition Managers), line managers and an administrative manager,

The main objective of our France Iberia Cluster is to strengthen and increase the professionalism of the exclusive franchisees, the Lely Centers as well as to support them, thus enabling them to provide the best service, succeed in new product introductions and maximize their turnover in their area. We want to create a win-win situation for our brand, our franchisees and our customers by incentivizing and training Lely Centers to represent Lely as entrepreneurs in their geographic areas. This approach will allow us to achieve a 100% robotics adoption rate and maintain a high level of satisfaction in Lely Centers.

As France-Iberia Cluster Manager, your role will extend to several areas: General management, Lely Center development, Shared services, public affairs and human resources.

General Management:

• Building and maintaining a future-proof Cluster organization.
• Represent Lely for sales and service of all products, ensuring a harmonized approach to the franchise network.
• Secure the medium and long term development of Lely’s distribution network.
• Be responsible for the Cluster’s 5-year plan, support and develop the Lely Centers with clear goals/objectives/KPIs/key results.

Development of the Cluster:

• Develop the management team, guide business managers and help them improve their skills.
• Ensure consistent alignment between product teams and good internal cooperation for the overall growth of the cluster.

Development of the Lely Center:

• Identify commercial growth potential and, in collaboration with your teams, achieve this growth.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth plan to activate and expand the Lely Center distribution channel.

Shared services :

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the level of service to Lely standards across the region.

Public affairs :

• Drive the adoption of robotic milking and other automation solutions in the France Iberia zone, maintaining or ideally further developing Lely’s market share.
• Act as a true Lely ambassador and be the Lely representative in the France Iberia zone.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business management or similar.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector, and preferably the dairy industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple teams and varied disciplines.
• You are comfortable with reporting using forecasts, dashboards and other financial reports.
• Experience in designing and implementing strategic business plans.
• A commercial and results-oriented attitude.
• Excellent English skills and open to travel.
