Capgemini Intelligent Finance & Accounting Operations Project and Consulting Team (IFAO P&C) helps organizations worldwide on their transformation journeys toward increased efficiency, effectiveness, control and competitiveness of their Global Business Services organization including but not limited to Finance departments, as well as towards improved customer experience, customer satisfaction and growing the core business of our Clients. As an integral part of Capgemini’s Global Business Services Team, you will be supporting our global Clients in the end-to-end GBS journey. Depends on your skill set, experience, and your strengths you might play a various role in the transformation projects starting from GBS Target Operating Model design to leading large-scale business transformations.

• Manage the full lifecycle of Power BI dashboard projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights from data warehouses.
• Oversee data integration from multiple sources into a data warehouse, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and teams, driving alignment on timelines, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, budgets, and timelines while maintaining a focus on project quality and meeting deadlines.
• Conduct user training and provide support for Power BI dashboard solutions, ensuring business users can maximize the value of data insights.
• Continuously monitor and improve dashboard performance, ensuring scalability and optimization for business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital project management with a focus on data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proven experience managing Power BI projects, including design, development, and deployment of dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data warehouses and their role in business intelligence, data integration, and analytics.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and experience working with large-scale datasets and data sources.
• Experienced in projects implementing SQL and Power Query for data modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing projects using Scrum or Kanban.
