You’ll make an impact by
- You will lead a team of ~50 employees, be part of the GBS Hub Asia Pacific O2C & global O2C network as well as GBS China management team, explore further business potential in co-creation with customers through-out whole value chain of Opportunity to Cash.
- You will drive strategic topics, together with stakeholders in China and in the Hub, incl. e-invoicing and Siemens Xcelerator operations, which are essential in digital transformation for future.
- As Business Line head, you will have full P&L responsibilities with main focuses as below:
Service Delivery Management
- Local Service Delivery Responsibility
- Local Business Line Performance Management measured by common KPIs (cost/charges, savings, employee engagement, employer attractiveness) and Business Line specific KPIs
- Drive local continuous improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) and quality assurance (9ME) as well as benchmarking.
- Drive the level of digitalization to provide a state-of-the-art service delivery.
- Assessment & possible Implementation of best practices which are in practice within GBS ASP O2C hub and other centers.
CRM
- Regional Customer Demand Mgt. in alignment with Hub Head O2C in Asia Pacific and local Center head, including local portfolio adjustment.
- Acquisition of new portfolio elements and overall growth of the business line
People Excellence
- Leadership & People Development incl. training and managing attrition.
- Target setting & performance feedback
- Staffing
Budget / Financial responsibility
- Local Management of Business Line Budget and financial performance in alignment GBS ASP O2C HUB financials
Local Responsibilities
- Local labor law related topics
- Local EHS and security topics
- Responsibility for local compliance issues
- Local governance execution
- Implementing Siemens Regulations
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Technology / Engineering, Business Management or a related field
- Operational experience in Technical Support, Customer Services, Sales or Finance, with 8+ years in a leadership role, preferably in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
- A track record of driving innovation and digital transformation in business operations.
- Fluency in English, and local language is added advantage coupled with a collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to empower and motivate teams in times of transformation, are essential attributes for this role.
