Como Engineering Manager, Project Execution serás responsable engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and food safety, monitor project performance, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery, cost tracking, schedule management, procurement activities and others, support engineering projects through all phases and provide guidance to project execution engineers and ensuring project objectives are met within defined parameters, overseas small/ medium size projects as part of an overall strategic program.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in CPG and/or F&B industries.
- Engineering project execution experience will be critical.
- Previous greenfield and/or brownfield major project execution experience will be a plus.
- Expertise in the fields: process/ mechanical/ electrical installation, civil/ construction management, utilities & infrastructure, GMP standards
- Experience working in a matrix organization interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders
