Are you passionate about Finance? Join our GBS team as a GBS Americas FP &R Sr Manager. In this position, you’ll oversee the end-to-end management of people costs and discretionary expenses, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You’ll also take charge of the brand-building process for North and Latin America, as well as trade investment management for North America. Your expertise will drive high-quality accounting practices, risk identification, and opportunity assessment, all while providing vital support to the commercial team.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the team, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee people costs and discretionary expenses, managing budgeting, forecasting, monthly monitoring, and variance analysis. Supervise brand-building execution and trade investment management processes, including budgets, forecasts, IONS management, and month-end close for Kellanova North America/Latin America.
- Risk Mitigation: Implement proactive strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure financial targets are consistently achieved.
- Incentive Administration: Manage annual performance incentives and long-term incentive plans, working closely with corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and effectiveness by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, leveraging technical skills to automate workflows and standardize best practices within the Kellanova system.
- English skills (written and spoken).
- Bachelor´s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, data manipulation, and process automation.
- Proven experience in financial management, including planning and variance analysis.
- Strong management experience with +3 years managing a large team.
