We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in Shared Services Outsourcing Advisory (SSOA) and Global Business Services (GBS/GCC).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process excellence, transformation, and transition management within outsourcing or in-house centers.

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will lead projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive business development initiatives.

• GBS/GCC Lifecycle Management
  • Understand the lifecycle, models, and value proposition of Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Capability Centers (GCC).
  • Assess and design operating models and lead their implementation.
• Process Excellence & Transformation
  • Lead process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Perform time and motion studies, manpower assessments, and transition management.
  • Create comprehensive process documentation including process maps, RACI matrices, and SLAs.
• Advisory & Consulting
  • Provide advisory services on shared services and outsourcing models.
  • Conduct operating model assessments and rollout strategies.
• Technology & Process Mining
  • Leverage a strong understanding of technology and its business use cases
  • Experience with process mining is a bonus.
• Project Management & Leadership
  • Lead project workstreams, manage timelines, resources, and project economics
  • Support business development efforts and coach project teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

Experience

• Preferred experience in outsourcing companies or in-house centers focusing on process excellence, transformation, digital initiatives, or transition

Soft Skills

• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and leading discussions/workshops.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Additional Requirements for Senior Manager

• Experience: Minimum 15 years, with at least 6-8 years relevant to the job description.
• Leadership: Lead a team and project workstreams, support business development, coach the project team, and manage project economics

• Experience: 4-6 years, with at least 4 years relevant to the job description.
• Leadership: Lead a team and project workstreams, support business development, coach the project team, and manage project economics
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
