Reporting to GBS Transformation Director, the GBS Operational Excellence Lead North America is a leader within the GBS Transformation Team who will proactively drive continuous improvement and issue management analysis striving to reach world class standards within Global Business Services processes globally.
GBS Operational Excellence Lead will work with GBS towers to identify and implement CI opportunities and preventative measures, will ensure implemented solutions are in compliance with ADM policies and ensure solutions are communicated to the respective stakeholders. This position will drive efficiencies and simplification in the process, while coordinating large sized projects. Successful candidate will proactively monitor metrics and customer feedback with the intention to identify areas for improvement. This position will supervise a small team of North America GBS Operational Excellence Specialists providing clear direction, coaching and mentoring . The position will involve a significant amount of independent thinking, judgement and decision making along with strong communication and project management skills.
- GBS Process Experience & Understanding
- Min 5 years of LEAN/SIX-SIGMA, Continuous Improvement Experience
- LEAN / SIX-SIGMA Certification
- Problem solving skills with proactive and pragmatic approach
- Ability to identify root cause of process issues
- Ability to shape solutions and process improvements
- Analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to implement best practices into processes
- Expert knowledge of MS office programs; familiarity with SAP a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Fluency in English

- Positive, ‘can do’, hands on attitude
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant degree
