As the Performance and Reporting Director, you will work closely with the Head of Service Enablement to support the implementation of the GBS service management framework. This role is crucial in enabling the Leadership team to make appropriate and timely decisions, steering the organization towards achieving GBS Bold Ambition.
In this role, you will manage and inspire a cross-functional global team, facilitate the successful implementation of the Service Management framework, and build a management dashboard to measure performance against annual objectives. You will also work with various teams to proactively identify, prioritize, facilitate, and lead Service Management improvement initiatives. Your role will also involve providing first-line assurance on governance of operational metrics.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- A strong background with continuous process improvement
- Shared Services experience: Service management, operational metrics and scorecards, and experience within a progressive global shared service operating model
- Creativity and ability to effectively articulate and communicate complex plans
- Project Management Experience/Lean with formal qualifications, i.e. PMP, Prince 2, APM, Six sigma etc.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate global teams working under tight timelines
- Executive presence and influence skills – ability to develop strong, compelling value propositions and influence executive levels stakeholders
- Good understanding of deploying OKRs/KPIs for enhanced business performance and utilising benchmarking for effective target setting
- Ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications
- IT technical skills: understanding the underlying technical aspects of implementing large scale technology programs that support global process improvements
- Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, influencing, communication and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in Shared Services
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in managing large teams
