As a Recruitment Manager, your primary purpose is to lead and drive the strategic direction of the recruitment function, ensuring a robust talent pipeline that aligns with Kingfisher’s business objectives. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and cultivating a strong employer brand. Your expertise in talent acquisition, process optimization, and compliance will be instrumental in attracting and securing top talent across IT/Tech/Finance domains, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, and ultimately contributing to Kingfisher’s long-term success.
Strategic Planning and Management
- Developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Building an effective recruitment structure
- Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters
- Tracking and analysing recruitment metrics
- Conducting regular market research
- Collaborating with the HR team
- Suggesting, designing, and implementing process improvements
Sourcing and Attracting Talent
- Utilizing various recruitment channels
- Driving employer branding initiatives
- Managing pre-onboarding experience of new hires
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers
Candidate Assessment and Selection
- Assessing and hiring top IT/Tech/Finance professionals
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Being responsible for the new hires onboarding
Compliance and Legal
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives
Experience and Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in IT/Tech/Finance
- 2+ years of experience in leading the recruitment team
- Proven track record of successfully filling Tech/Engineering roles
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment and technologies
- In-depth understanding of the Polish engineering/IT landscape, staying abreast of emerging trends and developments
- Very good understanding of local employment market
- Proven ability to reach candidates via various channels
