We are looking for experienced P&C professional with good understanding of JTI Rewards Practices or Financial Professionals who are ready to develop further their career in P&C area.
- Development and Management of attractive Rewards offer for JTI employees/external candidates to ensure competitiveness on the job market;
- Global Cycles and local Rewards Programs management local delivery of global cycles and management of local rewards portfolio, proper internal communication strategy;
- Manage the processes of job analysis, job evaluation, org. design management and salary management in the company in order to ensure internal consistency;
- Supervision of headcount planning and labor cost budgeting, tracking;
- Manage the budget in the cost efficient and effective way by ensuring good understanding of the compensation market specifics and dynamics and proper management of Rewards providers;
- Manage the required set of Benefits programs to ensure overall attractiveness of JTI offer internally and externally;
- Act as business counselor for management of the company in Rewards topics;
- Ensure that all required processes are in place and managed in effective way to satisfy the JSOX, local legislation and JTI policies requirements.
- University degree;
- GRP certification will be a plus;
- 7+ years of P&C Experience – including C&B positions managerial level;
- Experience in other P&C roles (P&C BP, L&D) will be a plus;
- Strong knowledge of HR SAP, Hay Job Evaluation, pay line building;
- Good understanding of JSOX requirements, providers management;
- Fluent English.
