As a GBS Transformation and Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s organisation. You will design, drive, and implement the vision that delivers major changes to meet set goals. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing the Transformation Program effectively.
- Provide leadership for the Transformation Program through an effective program management culture
- Facilitate and manage project implementation
- Monitor Capex and resource allocation
- Design, lead, and be responsible for SLA, RSLA, governance with customers
- Promote continuous improvement mindset and drive initiatives for efficiency/compliance
- Lead rolling forecast of GBS business case and value creation
- Ensure accuracy of GBS costs actual & forecast for GBS Scope and functions
- Familiarity with the use of assessment tools, interpretation, and application of results
- Ability to continuously improve the organisation through new technology and process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and numerical sense
