A Shared Services Center of a global transportation company.
- General supervision of the Philippine Site for Shared Services covering HR, IT, Finance and other support functions such as legal services, corporate governance, HSSE, Compliance, Sustainability and other support functions
- Profit and Loss responsibility
- Overall responsibility in managing the areas of people, process and performance
- Manage SLAs and business partner relations, covering captive and external markets
- Manage process improvement, innovation and automation
- Track record of success leading a shared service environment (“SSE”) or a large operation across a diverse set of finance functions, HR, IT and other support function
- Proven track record of establishing and managing a large team and shaping the environment
- Project Management experience
