- Lead and manage Shared Service team of Administrative, Finance, HR, Procurement & Safety.
- Ensure zero compliance, safety & security accident.
- To foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness and resource utilization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations and best practices.
- Identify and address manpower-related challenges by implementing innovative staffing strategies and retention programs.
- Organize and manage transformation team, as transformation project manager.
- Attend top management meeting and provide advice from C-level point of view.
- Masters/Degree in related or any field.
- 5 or more years of experience in a managerial position.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence internal and external customers at all levels.
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Professional, self-motivated, focused and creative thinking.
