Intrepid Marrakech Shared Services Centre is Intrepid’s new Shared Services Centre based in Morocco! The Shared Services Centre provides support functions such as Financial, Human Resources, Reservations, System Loading services globally.
As our General Manager of the Shared Services Centre, you play a crucial role in making sure everything runs smoothly and aligns with Intrepid’s values. Your responsibility is to establish and follow strong operational procedures, ensuring we meet long-term goals. You’ll be accountable for maintaining high-quality service while keeping costs in check, ensuring the value of our services stays top-notch. This will include the creation, adoption, and promotion of new or improved functions to the service centre while making sure all processes are documented and maintained to the highest standard to meet with compliance and audit regulations of the different entities supported. You’ll collaborate with the Global Leadership Team to achieve broader strategic goals and deliver impactful results.
To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days.
- Extensive experience in managing a Business Process Outsourcing or shared services centre
- Senior level operational management experience
- 5+ years’ experience at management level
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong commercial acumen including ability to understand key financial and operational drivers of Intrepid Travel
