• Responsibility for overall site governance (>200 employees), strategy implementation, growth, and operations
• Ensuring that high quality standards are met
• Working in accordance with benchmarks and targets

• Successfully completed studies in economics or business administration
• Experienced SSC Manager with a proven track record in managing by KPIs and providing cost-efficient high quality services
• Experience with transformation processes in an international context
• Ambition to operational excellence to scale the organization
• Enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of processes – Knowledge of and experience with modern tools and methods
• Innovative thinker with the drive to push topics forward.
• Know-how in operational financial processes
• Fluent English is a must, Lithuanian and/or other languages are desirable
