The ITC Delivery Manager is responsible for supporting the ITC Head of Delivery in managing all ITC operational outsourced services across all in-scope entities. This includes managing day-to-day operational delivery, driving performance improvement, and deploying further services across the group.
- Management of the outsourced service providers for ITC
- Drive ownership of operational delivery excellence into outsourced service providers
- Ownership of all in-scope ITC SLAs, KPIs, performance & HighRadius automation metrics.
- Review of Accounts Receivables, Bad Debt Provision & Revenue Leakage for in scope markets, looking for opportunities to improve Net Working Capital and support markets in meeting their Net Revenue and NWC targets.
- Use ITC data & performance metrics, to drive insights, actions & improvements in business outcomes and operational efficiency, creating a business case for improvement opportunities where cost & effort is required.
- Support the agenda for continuous improvement and process standardisation, considering regional and local changes in collaboration with OTC Global Process team.
- Drive issue resolution & develop opportunities to improve how technology supports the process to ensure technology leveraged to maximum.
- Work closely with the OTC Global Process Team to improve global policies and SOPs.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA etc.) or equivalent with 12+ years’ finance experience.
- Experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
- Experience of managing operational process delivery teams, ideally in outsource service environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End-to-End OTC process.
- Demonstrable experience with data; seeking insights that drive actions to improve.
- Experience designing and delivering training and coaching sessions.
- Ability to engage and manage changes with different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict.
