- Member of both GBS Process Innovation & Excellence management team and GBS ASIA management team (as senior representative of GBS Process Innovation & Excellence in Kuala Lumpur you are also leading team/ people engagement events for our whole KL based team.)
- Drive the development and execution of GBS digital strategic priorities by translating objectives into digital solutions. This will be in cooperation with the Manager Process Innovation & Excellence and ICT managers, and in line with the overall strategic framework.
- Organize, manage, and optimize technology suit on Process Innovation & Excellence (supporting different regions/ locations); ensure that deployment of technology meets our digital strategy, operational KPIs, productivity and CI targets.
- Manage global projects and programs: these project/ programs will be mainly on technology implementation, organizational changes and capability building.
- Lead operational excellence programs (within our team or for our business partners).
- Standardization and continuous optimization of processes and services. Continuously work to improve processes through technology or quality improvements.
- Networking and best practices sharing by maintaining a network of relevant (internal / external) stakeholders / partners.
- Main focus areas are the E2E processes:
- Source to Pay: Procurement & Accounts Payable
- Order to Cash Sales: Sales & Accounts Receivable
- Finance: Record to Report / Tax / Treasury
- Human Resources
- Bachelor or master degree in relevant area, f.e. finance or ICT.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced experience with project management, f.e. system implementation.
- Strong change & stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working in a global organization.
- You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to improve and innovate.
- You are hands-on and approach challenges with a “Can do” mentality.
