- Overall responsible for global HR service frameworks and strategic alignment among the regional HR shared services
- Consistently review and improve HR shared services strategies through emerging technologies, harmonization, feedback from the business, and overall HR user experience
- Ensure the day-to-day performance metrics of the regional HRSS, ensuring clear SLAs and KPI’s alignment
- Lead and manage a team of leaders and professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for global HR service excellence
- Ensuring efficiency and high quality in the implementation of HR processes within the regional shared service center
- Lead and implement global ASK HR portal and be accountable for continuous improvement
- Partner with Global Business Services and Global Process Excellence teams to align on service excellence
- Legally compliant organization of the transferred procedures and processes within the HR function and ensuring easy operation, and supporting quality audit
- Successfully completed university degree (master’s degree, or doctorate) in Human Resource Management or similar
- Proven track record of 10 years plus of work experience in the functional area
- 5 years plus of managerial experience (familiarity with operating within a shared service delivery model is a plus)
- Good understanding of HR processes and shared-service model.
