As the Global Head of HR Business Partnering, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performance HR shared services team to deliver efficient, high-quality HR services across the organization. You will ensure seamless execution of HR SOPs & processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. By standardizing, automating, and consolidating processes, you will support HR strategy goals, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance and service excellence.

  • Service Delivery and Operations:
  • Develop and manage KPIs and KRIs, ensuring services meet these standards.
  • Design efficient processes that support people practices.
  • Communicate the vision of service, development, and delivery against agreed outcomes.
  • Establish and oversee the effective delivery of HR services according to SOPs & SLAs.
  • Ensure quality assurance on all HR processes, ensuring efficient, timely execution, and accurate data management.
  • Monitor service delivery metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Design and improve processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Implement standardized HR processes and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to optimize HR operations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the shared services model.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated HR issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions/surveys to understand and address business needs.
  • Define, design, and create appropriate MI in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports, data analytics, metrics, and dashboards to the CPO.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant global employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay abreast of the external HR tech landscape and work with vendors, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Lead the implementation of new HR technologies and system upgrades.
  • Provide training on all HRIS modules to the global HR team.
  • Manage the HR shared services budget efficiently.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with HR operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Experience in a shared services environment is preferred.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and managing HR projects.
  • Forward-thinking, anticipating future HR trends and challenges.
  • Business acumen, understanding the broader business context and aligning HR services with organizational goals.
  • Process and detail-oriented, focusing on streamlining and standardizing processes.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Data-driven, utilizing data and analytics for decision-making and performance monitoring.
