The future focussed HR organisation largely possess a strong Onshore Partnering Team and the Centre of Excellence, complimented by a robust Service Delivery Team offering top class services to employees from the HR People Hub, Bangalore. This role will be based at our AtkinsRéalis office in Bangalore, IN.

Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of HR Operations Shared Services, including but not limited to Hire to Retire, HRIS management, employee data management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize HR service delivery and enhance employee / stake holder experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR operations.
  • The role will also be focused on strategic business partnering and being a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the HR.
  • The role holder is the senior HR Operations person and will represent the HR Operations to the Global business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining of HR operations.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance HR service delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Service and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Lead and champion initiatives and Global / regional projects

What will your role be?

  • Partner closely with on shore HR Heads and Operations, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and align HR services accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively support their HR needs and address any concerns or issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Analyse trends and metrics, provide insights and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Success in this role requires Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience managing HRIS systems and implementing process improvements.
  • This role requires Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills is essential for this role
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, handling escalations and decision-making abilities will be key for success in this role.
  • The role holder should have a breadth of experience in global operations, some of which may have been in a leadership capacity.
  • Exposure to multinational companies and working in matrix relationships would be a plus.
  • Experience working on varied HR Systems like Workday / Service Now and Oracle will be hugely beneficial.
