  • Developing Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategies for each primary function area, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends. Continuously evaluate and refine strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive growth.
  • Optimizing Process and Resource Efficiencies: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation within the presales organization. Implement efficient workflows and leverage technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Creating a Performance-Based Team Culture: Foster a culture of performance excellence within the team, setting clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback and recognition. Implement performance metrics tied to bottom-line results to drive accountability and achievement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and support for presales initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy development and decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency across these areas in presales.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams, to support business objectives and drive success.
  • 10+ years senior leadership experience in channel/alliances leading presales or solution consulting teams, preferably in iPAAS or data/analytics related industry.
  • Experience leading global teams
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.
  • Demonstrated Operational rigor and effective maximization of resources.
  • Demonstrated expertise in presales channel and alliances management, demo operations, and driving adoption and growth in specialized areas.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • This is a US Based Remote role with preferred location in the Philadelphia, NYC, Dallas, Denver, or San Francisco Metropolitan Areas.
