The Global HRBP for Procurement, Finance, HR & GBS is a strategically advancing HR practices and organizational effectiveness through strong stakeholder management and innovative, performance-driven initiatives, reporting to the VP HR Global Functions & Talent Management.

• You will promote diversity and inclusion in talent processes, strengthening the succession pipeline.
• You will lead strategic and operational HR priorities proactively.
• You will ensure compliance with Bekaert policies and practices.
• You will guide functional leaders on a progressive HR agenda.
• You will manage and enhance relationships between functions and business units.
• You will engage in talent management, pipeline building, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
• You will improve employee experience and engagement with retention plans and change management.
• You will enable capability building across regions.
• You will serve as a trusted business partner, coaching, and challenging leaders and teams.
• You will deliver HR, talent, and functional objectives within timelines.

• You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in human sciences, organizational psychology, business management, or a related discipline.
• You possess 8+ years of progressive experience in HR or leadership roles.
• You have a proven track record as a business partner in international, multi-cultural, matrixed, and complex organizations.
• You are a pragmatic problem-solver with strong people management skills.
• You are structured, engaging, and hands-on, adaptable to Bekaert’s context, influential, collaborative, a strong networker, and skilled in critical analysis and creative problem-solving.
• You can effectively manage various stakeholders and demonstrate keen organizational awareness across different levels.
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
