The Global HR Shared Services Lead will lead a team of c30 people globally, ensuring a high level of support and services to Capco colleagues across the world. The role will also be responsible for shaping our HR Shared Services strategy, identifying opportunities to extend nearshore/offshore capabilities and utilisation, whilst driving process improvement and service excellence. The Lead will have 3 direct reports – the respective managers of the HR Shared Services hubs in Orlando, Bratislava and Bangalore.

  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for HR Shared Services, optimising the use of nearshore/offshore HR services across the business.
  • Maintain clear service levels and provide analysis and insight on performance against these service levels and the value-add of HR Shared Services.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources to ensure high performance against service levels and efficient utilisation of the whole team.
  • Promotes and ensures process alignment, consistent use of global applications and compliance with local legal/contractual requirements across the 3 hubs.
  • Interact with senior business stakeholders to ensure that our HR Shared Service offerings meet evolving business requirements.
  • Act as escalation point for the 3 hub managers in Orlando, Bratislava and Bangalore, as well as managing issues or risks raised by senior business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other team leads in HR and function heads outside HR in order to achieve seamless delivery of services and effective resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee immigration processes, drawing on legal and tax support as required.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for HR Operations and Shared Services
  • A global mindset and experience of working with cross-border teams
  • Proven track record for process improvement
  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly shift gears from developing strategy & plans to dealing with operational matters
  • Able to manage high volumes while maintaining attention to detail
  • Accustomed to using HR Information Systems (e.g. PeopleSoft), Microsoft Office suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse)
  • Strong focus on compliance and maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Good communicator, both oral and written
  • Able to coach others and a desire to support team member development
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, often against tight deadlines
  • Based in one of the 3 hub locations – Orlando, Bratislava, Bangalore
