The Global Head of HRIS & HR Operations is a new senior HR leadership role which is critical in supporting Copelands global growth ambitions as it embraces the opportunity of being a standalone business. This is a once in a career opportunity to design and build a global HRIS strategy which results in an exceptional digital employee experience anchored in a manager and employee self service first model.
As The Global HRIS Director, You Will
- To develop global HR Technology strategy and deploy successfully throughout the organization
- To bring specialist skills and knowledge in HR technology
- Design and delivery of HR Technology solutions. With strong knowledge of both Workday and Oracle
- Ongoing continuous improvement and maintenance of HR Technology solutions
- To deliver data-driven workforce insights to drive action and inform decisions
- Support Leadership of global community of expertise across Copeland HR/business – ensuring that common process is adopted
- Execute and support the systems part of cyclical processes – e.g. engagement survey, performance management cycle, pay planning etc
- Support HR/COEs with preparation of training and communication materials.
- Delivery effective and efficient payroll solutions working with current payroll owners to align to a Copeland payroll strategy
- Determine opportunity for shared services and maximise the opportunity to centralise activity and reduce duplication and complexity
- Manage 3rd party vendors effectively i.e. workday, ADP etc
- Bring outside in/thought Technology leadership
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Technology or Engineering
- 10
- years Digital HR Talent Leadership essential
- Proven experience of maximizing the benefit of workday along with other HRIS platforms
- Demonstrated experience of working with C Suite and CEO
- Very strong change management skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Proven track record of leading large digital projects
- Proven experience of delivering continuous improvement with a strong systems thinking and process mindset
- A global mindset and evidence of leading and being successful in a global organization
- Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions which deliver a ROI
- Strong inclusive leader that is collaborative and ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Pragmatic, quick thinking and action orientated with very strong commercial awareness
- Strong external network both in North America, Europe and Asia. And able to demonstrate that you have been a thought leader in other organizations
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
- Masters or MBA preferred
