We’re seeking an experienced Global Leader – Assessment and Evaluation to design processes, systems, tools, and programs to support and maintain our assessment strategy and framework globally.
- Deliver talent assessment processes that are agile and fit for a rapidly evolving business environment.
- Enhance current assessment processes to identify and fill process gaps and generate innovative ideas that help enhance the end solution, improve talent assessment, and drive overall operational excellence.
- Research, identify, and incorporate external leading best practices, innovation, and trends into the design of assessment processes.
- Using a continuous improvement mindset, evaluate and improve organizational and talent assessment processes to deliver better talent outcomes – Provide subject matter expertise on the application and interpretation of assessment processes for the organization.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure consistent quality and impact of assessment solutions.
- Partner closely with peer teams to ensure a consistent implementation of assessment practices, including: End-to-end Learning & Development to build close alignment between talent assessment and learning and development approaches.
- People Analytics to evaluate adverse impact, reliability, validity, and utility.
- Talent Management to embed assessment insights in global talent conversations and processes – Talent Acquisition to integrate assessment in external hiring practices.
- HR IT for data privacy, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain project plans supporting talent assessment programs and initiatives.
- Assist in conducting research on best practices and products in the marketplace to justify recommendations and support purchasing efforts.
- Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and system goals.
- Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications– verbally or through written documentation – to key stakeholders and the extended organization to drive understanding.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 12-15 years of overall experience, with 3-5 years’ experience in the Learning & Development department is required.
- Experience leading learning teams. Understanding and knowledge of learning technology, learning processes, and learning data.
- Experience in driving assessment processes and protocols aligned to the organization’s development objectives.
- Experience and knowledge of innovative assessment and evaluation methodologies. Knowledge of assessment systems, training platforms, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience working in a technology company environment.
- A self-organized, determined, and persistent team player who is experienced in delivering quality learning experiences, presentations, and design programs.
- Project and Program management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and build strong customer relationships.
- Experience in the education or training sector/or training department organizing trainings for employees/clients is preferred.
- Learning Assessment certification is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
