Location: Flexible, ideally Lisbon, Portugal
Type of contract: 12 to 18 months project assignment (with potential opportunity to transform into a long-term role)

Position Summary
As a Global Packaging Process & Content Owner you will be part of the newly formed and multi-disciplinary Global Packaging & Sustainability Process & Data Team. The main focus of the team and this role is the design and deployment of an optimized end-to-end Packaging & Sustainability process throughout the organization.
You will play a key role in this team by driving the definition of the process, policies, standards and roles and responsibilities to ensure that End-to-end (E2E) of packaging data is executed in the most effective way, enabling the company to use and provide reliable information to steer its journey towards sustainability.
As such, you will interact with several functions in Markets, Zones and at Corporate level, such as ESG/sustainability, R&D, Procurement, Operations, and IT.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the packaging data structure, hierarchy, processes, and governance to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and actively participate in cross-functional projects, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of an optimized end-to-end packaging process.
- Engage with end users to gather feedback and requirements, leveraging your expertise to improve our current IT solutions and integration within the end-to-end landscape.
- Act as a subject matter expert on packaging processes and content, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze packaging data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Process driven mindset and Data management expertise
- Passion for addressing new business needs that will have a strategic impact for the Group.
- Experience in Packaging, Sustainability or Regulatory (Extended Producer Responsibility Fee’s)
- Experience with Nestlé’s tool landscape (SAP PLM / SAP RDP)
- Successful experience of managing by influence, easing and enabling decisions with stakeholders and key functions / markets representatives
- Fluent in English.
