The Global Payroll Leader will develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing end-to-end payroll operations while continuously improving customer service for an internationally renowned FMCG company.

• Review and approve payroll files for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa employees for timely payroll execution and ask the necessary adjustments or corrections ensuring all SLAs/KPIs are consistently met
• Drive for payroll process continuous improvement by bringing more automation of payroll data collection, collation, and sharing to the third-party provider
• Set the governance of high standards of compliance, ensuring the maintenance of accurate employee Lead internal/external audits, completeness of monthly federal law controls & deliver data relating to compliance processes and payroll performance
• Timely execute payroll with no errors and meeting deadlines for SLA/KPA and act as the point of escalation in case of any subject matter expert related to payroll issues
• Lead Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa payroll project integration for process harmonization, digitalization and optimization with cost to serve benefits
• Analyze operational state and develop integration plan including stakeholder and risk management
• Maintain and develop payroll staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

• At least 10 years of Payroll Leadership Experience in a Shared Services environment
• Must have experience in supporting Asia Pacific (APAC) preferrably with Middle East (ME)
• Experience in handling end-to-end payroll operations, employee services, contact centers, and service delivery
• Must have hands-on experience using Workday
• Must have solid experience in Project Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Management, Vendor Management and Solution Management
• Must have notable achievements in showcasing operational excellence and process improvement
• Amendable to day and mid shift schedule; hybrid setup 2-3x onsite located in Ortigas and Quezon City
