Join the K Family in Queretaro, Mexico. You will be responsible for delivering regional financial master data processes and governance across the GBS Technology and Data tower through a globally organized  Financial Master data team and ensure our financials systems are underpinned by a robust data controls framework and supported by smart and visible end-to-end Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to mature our master data governance and ensure global adherence to the standards through strong measurement of the process end to end.

• Leverage Financial Systems & Masterdata global team capabilities to deliver optimal solutions (whether regionally or globally) in the most cost-effective way.
• Ensure Consistent Application and Adherence of Kellanova policies, including GAAP, SOX, corporate tax structure (i.e., ROUPEE), and audit requirements, as well as adhere to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify Best Practice In Processes in the different regions and strive to replicate this in all other regions, and drive ongoing continuous improvement to deliver value efficiency and customer experience.
• Standardize, Align and Build New Controls across the Kellanova regions to ensure a robust global control framework for master data.

• University Degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Language Skills: English (Required)
• Significant leadership experience and functional service/project experience.  Experience in developing and executing innovative strategic process transformations with experience specifically in technology and systems
• Strong understanding of financial master data including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
• Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment and FMCG Industry Experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP as well as financial systems including Anaplan, BPC
• Proficiency Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Access and deep Excel skills
