CSC Finance team is looking for the Global Process Owner to operate in a Master Data Management function. Global process owners (GPOs) would own an end-to-end process across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the process is standardized, efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The individuals will work closely with other stakeholders including systems integrators and service delivery teams to implement and maintain a robust process that meets the needs of the organization.

  • Work with global process team member to influence organizational change and bring in process consistency across global operations
  • Develop and maintain a global process roadmap that outlines the strategic direction for the process across the organization
  • Ensure that the process is standardized, efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with business leaders, other process owners, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Establish and maintain a governance structure that enables effective decision-making and accountability for the process
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support to regional and functional process owners to ensure consistency and alignment with the global process
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification will be a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in process design, and implementation
  • Strong understanding of Fulfill-to-Cash (FTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Master Data Management business processes and regulatory requirements preferably in a services industry
  • Experience leading ERP (SAP, Oracle) enabled business process standardization and transformation initiatives
  • Experience with change management and the authority to manage design processes and implement technologies that support more effective service delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
