The Global Process Owner (GPO) P2P (Purchase to Pay) is a newly created role and is of critical importance to our client as it continues to expand. It is seeking to recruit an experienced P2P Global Process Owner (GPO) to join the Global Shared Services team and lead the P2P function.
As the P2P GPO, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the end-to-end P2P process across the business. Your primary objective will be to ensure effective management of procurement activities, vendor relationships, and accounts payable processes including employee Travel & Expenses.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for P2P. Additionally, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Extensive experience (8+ years) in P2P, procurement or accounts payable roles, preferably within a complex multinational organisation is required. Experience of managing BPO providers would be beneficial.
