Your future tasks

In this newly emerging position in our international finance team, you will be responsible for the entire company-wide purchase-to-pay process and continuous process improvement, automation, and standardization.

• You identify optimization potentials, define requirements and act as a contact person for our IT teams
• You coordinate closely with our subcontractor management for the purchase of professional services
• You are the central contact person for the “Payment Factory” in our Shared Service Center
• You develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and train new employees
• You carry out the monthly quality assurance
• You support the introduction of a new ERP system
• In this role, you will report to the Head of Corporate Accounting

This position is effective immediately and unlimited in Full time at our location in Frankfurt am Main to occupy. Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on finance and accounting
• You have at least five years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting, ideally in an international environment
• You have in-depth knowledge of IFRS, especially with regard to liabilities and deferred income
• You have experience in project management and working with a shared service center
• You have practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
• You are characterized by a high degree of flexibility and commitment, including a willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Very good German and English skills and ideally another European language such as French round off your profile
