Our client is seeking top Record to Report talent with a Transformational mindset to drive strategic and operational direction as they expand Shared Service operations globally! They are building out the division and hiring experts to be Global Process Owners for: Record to Report; Procure to Pay; Order to Cash.

As the Record to Report Global Process Owner, you will be subject matter expert and responsible for working closely with Shared Services Leaders to build the “road map” for harmonization across the organization and implement process improvements/automation for your area. This is NOT an operational leadership role performing the transactions.

The Record to Report Global Process Owner will learn from those in the field to understand day-to-day operations, pain points, needed improvements, and recommendations – then take those to create a process vision and end-to-end strategy with your Global Process Division team.

• Identify global strategies across Global Process areas for enhancement to standardization and efficiency in processes, automation, innovation, best practices, and global consistency.
• Work closely with Shared Service and other Leadership to understand the current end-to-end process. Identify best practices and areas of improvement to develop standardization tools.
• Determine and develop necessary training and documentation requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your defined Global Process area. Provide guidance Internally for implications from projects and process improvements.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators.
• Recognize areas for technological use (robotics) for further advancement.
• Travel – Domestic & International ~20%
• Position will require some flexibility of early/late calls with International Leadership.

• BA in Accounting/Finance/Business
• 7+ years of progressive experience within Accounting/Finance – dedicated to Record to Report
• Seeking background in Record to Report and then transitioning into a Global Process Owner role for Record to Report
• Must have transformation experience (Examples: implementing ERP, reducing monthly close, re-engineering and/or automating processes). Could have been a project within your Accounting position.
• Ability to Travel – Domestic & Internationally (~20%)
